HOW TO USE: After applying and curing the Color It Premium Base undercoat, spread the hybrid gel coat and cure in the UV lamp for 2 minutes. Then apply a second layer of gel and apply the effect to the cat's eye at 2-3 mm for 5-10 seconds. Finished pattern harden. It requires the use of Color It Premium Top topcoat.
