To place an order for your favorite item you need to:

• Go to the link of your favorite product.
  
• Then select the right Color, Size, Design or another variant.
  
• Check the quantity if you would like to order more than 1.
  
• Click ’ADD TO CART’ button to proceed to checkout.
  
• And finally select the billing method, provide shipping information and an e-mail address to receive confirmation. 

Please contact our Support Team  immediately if you would like to make changes to your order. You should use the same e-mail address you used while placing your order. 

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. We do our best to ship new orders in the day or next day after purchase. If you are too late, we wouldn't have an opportunity to change or cancel the shipped order. 

You will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. #1234), and a listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

Yes! We are proud to serve all customers worldwide for most of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it's very likely we can ship to your country.

Your order will be ready to ship out same day locally in UK . 

It usually takes between 10-12 working days  for shipping to the US and  for international shipping, depending on your location and stock status. Please note that delivery time may be longer due to the high demand for our items.

In UK we offer proof of shipment as tracking is not available

Each package has a separate tracking number and you can check the status of your entire order 24/7 through your Order Status page. Your Order Status page link is on the confirmation email or text message you received after you ordered. 

For some countries, we can only offer proof of shipment as tracking is not available.

Not yet, we work with different carriers to provide to provide free shipping. But maybe we will add this option in the future.
